ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ตั้งใจทำบัญชี ("เรา") ให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และคุณมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• ข้อมูลที่คุณให้เราเอง: ชื่อ เบอร์โทรหรือ LINE ID ประเภทธุรกิจหรืองานที่ต้องการ งบประมาณ วันที่ต้องการ และรายละเอียดที่คุณเขียนมา ข้อมูลจากฟอร์มขอคำปรึกษาจะส่งถึงอีเมลของเราผ่านบริการ Web3Forms และบันทึกลง Google Sheets ที่เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะทีมงานของเรา
• ข้อความที่คุณติดต่อมา: ทาง LINE โทรศัพท์ หรืออีเมล
• ข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์: ผ่าน Google Analytics 4 เช่น หน้าที่เปิดดู ปุ่มที่กด ระยะเวลาที่อยู่ในหน้า ประเภทอุปกรณ์และเบราว์เซอร์ และเมืองโดยประมาณ เราไม่ส่งชื่อหรือเบอร์โทรของคุณเข้า Google Analytics

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• ติดต่อกลับ ส่งใบเสนอราคา และให้บริการตามที่ตกลงกับคุณ
• ดูว่าคนใช้เว็บไซต์อย่างไร เพื่อปรับเว็บให้ใช้ง่ายขึ้น

เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณยิงโฆษณา และไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลของคุณแก่ใคร

3. คุกกี้

เว็บไซต์นี้ใช้คุกกี้ของ Google Analytics (_ga และ _ga_* อายุสูงสุด 2 ปี) เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด "ยอมรับ" ที่แถบคุกกี้ ถ้าคุณกด "ไม่ยอมรับ" หรือยังไม่ได้เลือก Google Analytics จะไม่บันทึกคุกกี้ และรับได้เพียงสัญญาณการใช้งานแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณา

เว็บไซต์ยังจำภาษาที่คุณเลือกและการเลือกเรื่องคุกกี้ไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ (localStorage) ข้อมูลนี้ไม่ถูกส่งมาหาเรา คุณเปลี่ยนการเลือกได้ทุกเมื่อที่ลิงก์ "ตั้งค่าคุกกี้" ท้ายเว็บไซต์

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของเว็บไซต์และการติดต่อ ได้แก่ Google (Analytics และ Google Sheets), Web3Forms, LINE และ Vercel (ผู้ให้บริการโฮสต์เว็บไซต์) ผู้ให้บริการบางรายอาจเก็บข้อมูลไว้นอกประเทศไทยตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริการนั้น นอกจากนี้เราจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น

5. ระยะเวลาที่เก็บ

• ข้อมูลติดต่อของผู้ที่ยังไม่ได้เป็นลูกค้า: ไม่เกิน 2 ปีนับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด
• ข้อมูลของลูกค้า: ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ให้บริการ และตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดหลังจากนั้น
• ข้อมูลใน Google Analytics: ไม่เกิน 14 เดือน

6. สิทธิของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการใช้ ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยติดต่อเราตามช่องทางด้านล่าง เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน หากเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

Privacy policy

Tang Jai Tam Bunchee Limited Partnership (ตั้งใจทำบัญชี) ("we") cares about your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number or LINE ID, type of business or work you need, budget, date and any details you write. What you send through the consultation form is emailed to us through Web3Forms and saved to a Google Sheet that only our team can open.
• Messages you send us: on LINE, by phone or by email.
• How you use the site: through Google Analytics 4, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate city. We never send your name or phone number to Google Analytics.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to you, send quotes and provide the services we agree on.
• To see how people use the site so we can make it easier to use.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline or don't choose, Google Analytics stores no cookies and only receives anonymous usage signals. We use no advertising cookies.

The site also remembers your language and cookie choice in your browser (localStorage); this is never sent to us. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

4. Who we share it with

We rely on providers the site and our communication need: Google (Analytics and Google Sheets), Web3Forms, LINE and Vercel (our web host). Some of them may store data outside Thailand under their own security standards. Otherwise we only disclose data when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact details from people who don't become clients: up to 2 years after the last contact.
• Client data: for as long as we work together, then as long as the law requires.
• Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll reply within 30 days. If you believe we have broken the law, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
